So, with all that major holiday travel hampered by the unexpected winter storms that swept across the Midwest, travelers are looking at long wait times and major delays. We hope some of them knew about in advance and had a plan of action “just in case”.

It was claimed by CNN news that “More than 2,000 flights were canceled Wednesday through Friday at Denver, the nation’s fifth-busiest airport, causing a ripple effect that disrupted air travel around the country just as the holiday crush began. Rain east of the Mississippi river added to the mess, causing delays in Chicago, Atlanta and Newark, among other cities.”

All the more reason to Tell A Friend (or family member, spouse or work buddy) about before they begin their holiday travels as it looks to be a loooong weekend for many.
